Things To Do:
Doonies rare breeds farm covers 134 acres on the southern side of Aberdeen from nigg bay to cove. The farm is only 15 mins away from the centre of Aberdeen.
Set in the magnificent scenery of Royal Deeside, is the Balmoral Estate. The grounds and gardens are open every day until 2nd august. Take part in one of the fascinating safari tours of Balmoral Estate.
Haddo House was designed by Scottich architecht William Adam in 1732 and is a brilliant example of a historic Scottich stately home. It houses impressive collections of period furniture, ceramics and art, including paintings by Sir Thomas Lawrence and James Giles.
Aberdeen Maritime Museum
Aberdeen Maritime Museum tells the tale of the city’s lengthy relationship with the sea. This award-winning museum is located on the historic ship row and includes Provost Ross’s house, which was built in 1593.
Take a look around one of Scotland's oldest working distilleries and discover the history and traditions of single malt whisky. Nestled among outstanding scenery and an unspoilt environment, the distillery is located within an area containing an abundance of visitor attractions, castles and gardens.
