The award winning Bournemouth gardens are split into 3 main areas – the lower gardens, the central gardens and the upper gardens. Stretching from the seafront up through the town to the borough boundary with Poole, the gardens are approximately 3km in length all maintaining their original character, the gardens are grade II listed. The Lower gardens begin at the seafront and are popular as they host a range of events and attractions such as bandstand concerts and art exhibitions. The central and upper gardens are much quieter and offer a relaxing area to sit and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. Cyclists are welcome in certain areas of the central and upper gardens.
