The Bull at Wargrave is a traditional English pub, with bags of character, oak beams and a log fire. They recently won the "Best Sunday Roast" award at the Brakspear Hospitality Awards.
The decor boasts a wealth of beams, cosy corners and amusing pictures.They have two lounge bars, one with a large working inglenook fireplace providing a huge crackling log fire during the winter, and there are also two dining rooms, one overlooking the garden which is ideal for parties, buffets and small functions.
The Bull is the place to come for traditional pub food in Wargrave and they offer a wide choice of dishes ranging from light bites and sandwiches to main lunches and evening meals - and of course Jayne’s famous Sunday Roast which recently won the amazing accolade of the "Best Sunday Roast" at the Brakspear Hospitality Awards. For beer lovers they serve fine Brakspear Ales, including a regular guest ale, along with a wide selection of quality wines. The kitchen is open every day but closes on Sunday evenings.
