The award winning Black Horse is a 17th Century craftsman’s cottage, lovingly extended and refurbished into an excellent village pub.
This pub have created a perfect blend of old-world village charm and fresh, vibrant decor. The pub is laid out well and diners can choose a cosy table in the dining room or a secluded one in one of the more tucked-away nooks and crannies. The wooden tables and chairs are matched with stylish rugs and lime-green cushions and even the rest rooms have had a make over and are now luxurious, complete with Molton Brown toiletries.
The Black Horse boasts some truly amazing wines from a variety of different regions around the globe always offering exceedingly good value and choice. Their restaurant is renowned for serving specialties such as sticky ribs and homemade 8oz burgers, crispy beer battered fish, sea bass, turbot and whole fresh lobster caught in the morning and delivered fresh that day. The wide range of seasonal foods are simple yet exciting, using the finest ingredients and locally sourced produce.
Two newly opened bedroom suites Caviar and Denman have been created with their own unique style and reflect luxury with the most comfortable of beds and softest of linen.The luxurious en-suite bathrooms have rainforest showers, freestanding baths and a range of Clarins products.
