The Brendon Arms, Bude's best known inn overlooks Bude's inner harbour and is just 200 yards from the unique sea-lock and Summerleaze beach.

They aim to give you the warmest welcome in the West. This is what makes the Brendon Arms special to their guests. When you come here, you are certain of service with a smile. The Brendon Arms is a family friendly pub which serves a range of excellent Cask Marque accredited real ales from different Cornish producers and national brewers of excellence. They also have a superb range of carefully selected wines available by the bottle or the glass.

The inn is perfectly situated with a spacious garden where people can enjoy eating and drinking with a picturesque view of the inner harbour. The sea-lock gates and Summerleaze Beach are at the end of Breakwater Road, just a few minutes' stroll away. The inn is decorated with photos of local shipwrecks and nautical antiques.

The Brendon Arms serves traditional pub food with an emphasis on homemade dishes and using local and seasonal produce when available. They also serve fresh fish, vegetarian dishes and gluten free options.

All 10 bedrooms are fitted with an en-suite bathroom. The decor is warm, bright and airy and they boast double, twin and single rooms that are fully equipped with flat screen TV, radio alarm, hairdryer, free WiFi and tea and coffee making facilities. All rooms are named after historic shipwrecks from Bude’s sailing days, when the Lifeboat men set off from across the road and often returned to drink at the pub. The price includes a full English breakfast with lighter choices and vegetarian option available.
