The Edgcumbe Arms is on the Rame Peninsula in the hamlet of Cremyll. They are set on the banks of the River Tamar and have fabulous views across to Drakes Island and Plymouth Sound.
They are also a stone’s throw from Mount Edgcumbe Country Park with its historic house, formal gardens and acres of woodland walks. They are situated on the South West Coastal Path and the pretty villages of Kings and and Cawsand are a 40 minute walk away. Whether you want a quick drink, relaxing meal or a cosy place to stay, you can be sure of a warm welcome.
They have two cosy bars, one with a traditional log fire for the colder months and an upstairs dining area that can be booked for private functions/weddings. There is plenty of outside seating on the river’s edge for eating, drinking and watching the world go by. They welcome muddy boots, walkers, children and dogs. The drinks range features locally sourced St Austell Ales, lagers and ciders.
Their full menu is served every day from 12pm and they serve breakfast, hot drinks and coffees from 10am daily. Don't miss their specials board featuring fresh fish dishes and some of the chef's favourites. They use local produce wherever possible and all the meat, vegetables and shellfish are from Cornish suppliers. They are famous for their Carvery, every Sunday lunchtime they offer a choice of three meats and all the trimmings.
Why not stay the night, they have four recently refurbished beautiful en-suite rooms all with river views. The price includes a full Cornish breakfast, free WiFi, onsite guest parking and Freeview TV.
