With a noble history stretching back to the 14th Century, Irton Hall is a lovely holiday destination located in the foothills of Lakeland’s western fells between Wasdale and Eskdale.

Whatever your wishes from your Lakeland visit, Irton Hall is the perfect place to stay in beautiful surroundings. They are situated close to the sandy beaches of west Cumbria, the Eskdale miniature steam railway at Ravenglass, plus Muncaster Castle and Gardens, which include the International Owl Sanctuary. The nearest shop, pub and restaurant are one mile from Irton Hall.

Offering an impressive selection of real ales and fine wines, their warm and inviting lounge bar also serves delicious home cooked meals and afternoon tea daily.  Sunday lunches are a real treat and there is also the exclusive Irton Hall restaurant for fine dining. Throughout the year, their menus change to reflect new seasons and the availability of locally sourced fresh produce.

Irton Hall offers an impressive 15 bedrooms ranging from spacious doubles to family rooms. All accommodation includes en-suite bathrooms and a whole host of little luxuries to help you enjoy your stay. In addition there is also self-catering accommodation (a choice of six) in the main house and others located in the 19 acres of surrounding parklands.
