The Ebrington Arms is a stunning country pub, voted the Best Pub in the South West at the 2019 National Pub & Bar awards,
This independently owned freehouse has for the past decade been one of the Cotswolds most celebrated pubs, eateries and B&Bs. It is situated in one of the Cotswolds' most gorgeous villages, ideally located for Chipping Campden, Broadway National Trust and Stratford-upon-Avon. In 2017 Claire and Jim celebrated 10 years running the pub, but also its 300th year of licensed trade.
Foodies flock from far and wide to sample a la carte dishes and pub classics from their award winning kitchen. A variety of British specialities are available for lunch and dinner in the property's bar and restaurant, which feature traditional decor with roaring open log fires, beamed ceilings, candlelit tables and Cotswold-stone walls.
Jim and Claire have also focused their love of quality ale and local production to craft their own range of fine beers. The Yubberton Brewing Co. was born of their frustration at pubs stocking beers that could also be found in supermarkets. (For further details about these Cotswold craft ales please search Yubberton Brewing Co)
Their five luxury en-suite bedrooms offer a sumptuous escape from the everyday world. All rooms feature free WiFi, televisions and tea and coffee making facilities. A small decanter of sherry and some homemade biscuits also await your arrival. Prices start at just £110 per night including a full freshly cooked breakfast for two. Dogs are most welcome in the bar, but not the bedrooms.
For the best room rates please phone or e mail the pub directly. Please mention Stay in a Pub in your correspondence.
In 2012 Jim and Claire also purchased, renovated and re-opened The Killingworth Castle, a previously derelict 17th century coaching inn located just a few miles from Oxfordshire's magnificent Blenheim Palace.
