Details

The Fleur Du Jardin is set in the heart of the Guernsey countryside and mixes ancient 15th Century farmstead ambience with modern rooms and 21st Century cuisine.

‘The Fleur’ was once owned by a well known Guernsey family who farmed in this area known as the Kings Mills. The hotel was once a key dairy farm for the world famous Guernsey cow and the ‘The Fleur du Jardin’ was named after one of the most noted of these beautiful animals.

Their restaurant is well known locally and has many awards attributed to it. Their head chef maintains a very high standard and concentrates on using as much local produce as possible, using locally bred beef, pork and of course local seafood. Their  food is best described as gastro pub food cooked simply. The watchwords in the kitchen are freshness and seasonality, underpinned by a deep rooted respect for the surrounding waters and pastures.

They boast some of the finest bedrooms in Guernsey and are situated in the heart of the Castel Parish of Guernsey. ‘Le Fleur’ is a short walk from Guernsey’s most popular beaches.

Their beautiful private room is available for hire set aside from the main reception area. It comes complete with full audio set up, private entrance and a fully stocked private bar and is perfect for private and corporate events.

Other luxuries include a large solar heated swimming pool (opened from May until the end of August), generous terracing and decking areas throughout. Their health suite “The Lavender Rooms” is a delightful and professionally equipped beauty salon, with all treatments undertaken by qualified therapists.
