This modern brasserie and bar is a fantastic place for diners and drinkers to enjoy a Mediterranean inspired menu, in a relaxed and contemporary setting.

The Forest is located not far from the foothills of the historic Pendle Hill; enjoy walking up the hill with friends and family, cycle your way through the countryside, or simply explore the quaint and quirky villages nearby.

With its bleached oaks, natural materials and muted tones, this conveniently located brasserie is popular with families and business travellers and they also have a stunning large south facing garden for al fresco dining.

The Forest's skilled kitchen team produce pub classics, creative world food and sensational seafood specials delivering exceptional quality food in an outstanding location. Seafood is an important part of their menus, with daily changing specials showcasing the catch of the day, straight from legendary fish monger Chris Neve. And it doesn’t stop there, each of their menus consists of a wide range of dishes using locally sourced meat, poultry and game.

If you’re looking to hold a function, event or celebration with them, then choose from the main menus, or work alongside their chefs to create a bespoke menu, tailored to your exact needs. They cater for business events, corporate hospitality, product launches, meetings, seminars, lunches, dinners, networking events, family celebrations, christenings, birthday parties and anniversaries. They recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, however, they can often accommodate at very short notice, for funerals and last minute needs.

Their eight stunning bedrooms are perfect for a relaxing overnight or weekend stay, and for corporate guests on business in the Pendle, Burnley and Blackburn area. All bedrooms are fully equipped with lots of little luxuries including crisp cotton bed linen, Orla Kiely toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary mineral water, flat screen TV with freeview, free WiFi, and a hairdryer. Milk, irons and ironing boards are available on request.
