The Buck is a traditional, 16th Century inn ideally situated for exploring both the gorgeous market town of Richmond as well as the sensational surrounding countryside.

The Buck is well-known locally for its beer garden which is said to be one of the best in the county, with unbeatable views of Richmond Castle. The garden and the bar alike are welcoming spots to enjoy a glass of locally brewed ale and to soak up the atmosphere of this ancient and stunning town.

The Buck serves a good selection of food covering all the bases, from sandwiches and salads, to steaks and mixed grills. The staff are friendly and efficient and go out of their way to make both visitors and locals feel relaxed and welcome.

The rooms at the Buck are simply decorated in fresh, neutral colours. Spacious and spotlessly clean, they offer fantastic value for money.
