They have been the multiple winners of the "Cotswold Pub of the Year" and as well as being warm and cosy in the winter, The Angel has a stunning landscaped walled garden and sun terrace. They are perfectly situated just a stone's throw from Burford high street. 

Their menu focuses on fresh, seasonal ingredients and they have won Hook Norton Brewery's prestigious "Food Pub of the Year" award on more than one occasion. They also have an AA rosette for their cooking.They always have 4 real ales on draught, as well as lager, pale ale and stout. Their eclectic wine list has been personally sourced with a great range from around the world.

The Angel have 3 beautiful bedrooms which are furnished in a relaxed and cosy Cotswold style. All of their bedrooms have at least king sized beds and en-suite bathrooms with a bath and shower. Their rooms are rated 4* Gold by the AA. 

This fantastic pub is also the perfect destination to host a private function. Their garden can cater for a marquee suitable for up to 100 people and their inside space can accommodate either 45 guests for a sit down meal or around 70 for a buffet or canapes.

Located between Oxford and Cheltenham directly on the A40 main road, the beautiful town of Burford is easily accessible from the larger towns in Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire.
