Details

The Eagle Tavern in Little Coxwell was built in 1901 as a pub to serve the local Farming Community. They serve delicious food and boast 6 individually styled bedrooms.

Their vision has been to create a fine dining experience affordable to all, working in harmony with the traditional trade of the ‘Tavern’ located here at Little Coxwell, near Faringdon, Oxfordshire.

The pubs philosophy on food is very simple but very evocative and exciting. They stick with locally sourced and supplied produce with an emphasis on quality. Using their experience and knowledge of cooking techniques and flavours from around the world they combine flavours, textures, smells and sights to create original dishes for you to enjoy.

The Eagle has 6 stylish and comfortable refurbished bedrooms. The rooms are fitted with en-suite facilities, colour TV with Freeview, a hospitality tray and free WiFi. The rooms are suitable for families, couples, single guests and business personnel. The Eagle is a perfect place to stay if you are visiting the area or want to book a room for a special occasion.
