The Kings Arms dates back to 1649 and offers all the charm and character of a traditional country inn. Their 8 en-suite rooms are clean, spacious and fully equipped with little luxuries.

A laid back, relaxed ambiance is complemented by award winning cuisine created by their team of chefs dedicated to finding the finest food in the area. The friendly staff serve traditional, artisan and innovative pub fare on rustic wooden tables, surrounded by beamed ceilings, flagstone floors and open fires.

The bar is brimming with a large selection of homemade snacks including, salami's, pork scratching and nuts. Bottles of homemade sloe gin, elder-flower vodka and Zermatter mulled win are all made with local berries. A large single malt menu, craft gins, cognacs and other specialities are always on hand. A selection of well kept real ales, local ciders and soft drinks are always available. Their wine list comprises of over 30 choices suitable for all tastes and budgets.

The inn offers a range of rooms located in their private driveway in the old bake house and the orchard house. These traditional rooms have an 'olde worlde' feel and are cosy and welcoming. All the rooms have en-suite bathrooms, WiFi access, flat screen TVs, tea and coffee making facilities and fresh towels and linen.
