The Somerset Arms is a fabulous coaching inn situated in the quiet Wiltshire village of Semington. The restaurant offers a delightful fresh menu & roaring fires and a friendly atmosphere welcome you.

At the Somerset Arms, we are very keen to use as much local produce as possible. All of our meat, vegetables and dairy produce are farmed locally and our fish is delivered fresh. We try to keep our menu seasonal and our chefs cook everything to order from fresh.

As a freehouse, we have the freedom to select and present the greatest ales from local breweries, of which there are many. The utmost care is taken to ensure that the perfect pint is pulled every time, and that there is always a wide and varied selection from which to choose.

Our individually designed, clean and comfortable bedrooms offer visitors a unique and very comfortable stay. Smooth, crisp Egyptian cotton sheets and deluxe double beds welcome you. Little luxuries include soft fluffy towels, beautifully scented toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities in each room.

There is plenty to do and see in the area. If you don't fancy venturing too far, a canal side walk is always interesting with fantastic wildlife to be spotted. On cold wintry days, a good walk is always topped off by returning to the pub to sit and warm yourself in front of one of the smouldering wood burners.

Further afield is the picturesque town of Bradford on Avon, 7 miles away and the Georgian city of Bath only 14 miles away. There are great local farmers markets in Devizes, Bradford and Bath, the latter offering great all year round shopping.

Whether you are visiting this part of the country or are one of our lovely locals, a warm and friendly welcome awaits you at The Somerset Arms.
